Cold, silent...
my heart cries out for you.
You who can no longer feel...
You who's eyes have become closed.
Your locked heart closes mine,
causing myself to become weak.
Why did it have to happen?
The darkness that ate at us...
laughed at us...
destroyed us...
What happened to us?
Why now? Why then? What now?
What do we do once our worlds
have become black.

We stalk in the night,
destroying others...
the hopes and dreams...
why do to them
what was done to us?
Revenge?
Bitterness?
Justice?
What's in revenge if it's
not in the one who caused it?
Why bitterness when we
have each other?
What is justice when we force our
curse upon unwilling others?

Blinding we savage the earth.
What happened to the
days of strength and glory?
To fights of death in honor?
Now we kill...
destroy...
maim...
But for what purpose?
There is no purpose, you see.
The feeling is all
that is left of us.
The feeling of death...
but yet...
do we feel it?

A grave cold as darkness
Stretches it shadow
as the moon casts its light unto it
A name marked upon it
carves terror on my eyes

A raven caws out in harshness
As I push and enter within
Within in a crystal coffin
You lie, cold and unsensing
At ease as if you were but dreaming

I stumble and fall, a broken man
Pushing away the lid
reaching with my hand to caress your face

With forbidden words I speak
To bring forth darkness and despair
to give you life yet again
at the cost of mine eternal damnation

And lo your eyes open
Shining red instead of black
With a hiss your kiss pierces my neck
Bringing a crimson flow forth
Cascading down my neck

And when you regain your senses
You see me in your arms
Senseless, lifeless and with a cry of pain
Mourn for my selfish desire to save you
From Death's dark final embrace

FUNERAL
A horde of living draped in black,
Shed a tear for one hour
and go back to being sour
without any real condolences.
A candle extinguished
and we all forget to share our light
to brighten up the black blight
and to be grateful for any life.
Humans, as we claim to stand,
will forget to cry for the
deceased once again.

Some 'Malkavian' Vampiric Poems.

Let us call now for the makers of really weird realities.
Let them come to us now with their pranks, dangerous as they can be.
Let them sink their teeth deeper into insanity, let them suffer.

Look at them ranting and screaming, on the square, forever lost.
Look at them trying to put back the missing pieces of their ego identification..
Look: In their mind they live in another world, a stranger one, with faeries.

Like Elvis they will forever change the world, and mold it into a new form.
Like an X-ray examination they will see our deepest secrets.
Like an earthquake they will wake us and not go away, until our eyes are open.

Let them entertain us, the makers of really weird realities.
Let them join our ranks, perhaps they'll learn how to behave.
But let us not forget. Even if they are mad, from that madness comes truth.

the moral of this song is that no matter how sweet the ending is,
everything goes horrible in the end. Yay!

This was a good poem i liked how it thrusted me into "another world" so to speak... i loved this poem...

at first i had a hard time imaging who it was saying this poem was it the vampire or the human but as i got further in i came to realize who it was....good work keep writing 'em
