Poetry - Do you like reading or writing?

Really depends on my mood. Writing is fun but when I'm not having the urge to create, reading a poem that isn't too intense and has some rhyming really is fun and relaxing...

It's a pity this part of the forum looks so dead now=(

I usually don't really like reading poetry... except some nice poems...
I used to like writing, but I haven't touched a pen for sooo long.
I usually read my writings to correct them and I finally think they're awfully written and ridiculous. x)

Hey, why not write one and post it in this part of the forum? This section is so dead, it could use some new pieces...

And you get to exercise those hands of yours!

Reading poems is good, but writing is another subject. Its needs talent to write good ones. I used to write very poor and laughable poems -_____-;
I start writing again, but failed v__v

I write pathetic poems too
Writing at our level isn't about it sounding good and/or having deep meaning. It's just a way of expressing ourselves and exercising our creativity. You shouldn't worry too much about them being good or not or not, just have fun writing!

Besides, it's a good way to relax when you're stressed or depressed and definitely real fun to do If you comfortable enough, maybe you could post some of your poems too! Like I said before, it's so quiet around here these days...

Anyway, practice makes perfect so don't stop writing!
