C++ isn't too hard, once you've learned the basics the hard part I to keep practising, Quite honestly C++ is one of the most boring languages I've learned.

lol, I know some php stuff and html, i know css, i know a bit of java, but like c++ is what is used to make like programs and some outlines right...? i think ill look into it, are any of the sites up there liek a really good simple step by step basic?

If you know PHP, you more or less know the basics of C++, PHP has a very simlilar syntax to C/++.
You can make almost ANYTHING in C++ including your own programming language if you wanted, heck you can make an operating system(thats windows/linux/unix etc if you didn't know).

If you wanted to learn C++ I'd recomend getting a book on it, using a website isn't very efficient; you have to keep switching windows to type what you want to learn then switch back to the site your learning off of.

"Sams teach yourself C++ in 21days Fifth edition" by Jesse Liberty and Bradley Jones published in Dec 2004

This is the book I learn from, and use as a reference, it's by far the best C++ book I've read.

Do you mean books or the actual software you develop with?

The books are fairly expensive, but thats what the library is for...

There are expensive software, but there is also free stuff

Personally I prefer to use notepad or emacs to do C++ though microsoft has a really nice IDE that I use at school.
