I use LimeWire. It's a very nice program, easy to use, and lots of searches!

I use WINMX, and then I use Torrent and Emule, cant go wrong witht hose 2 torrent and emule may take long but got everything possibly ever created for computers or video games. I can download cd/dvd images on emule and burn them on a dvd to play on my xbox and ps2 if i had a mod chip which is only liek $50

I use Ares myself, it's quick, has every download and is easy in use.
They even have seperate versions for winXP and earlier

I use Bearshare. I don't know why, but I do. I rarely ever d/l anything though, so I can't tell you much about it :P

I used Napster from the beginning. Audio Galaxy was also good. But, run winmx now for music. what's a good one for movies, if i ever actually get a dvd burner??

Torrent is good for dvds bearshare winmx and 360 share are good for music though
