when a member leaves your crew his post are not able to be deleted why is this i have members come in get mad at me or another crew member then post all kinds of stuff bad about the crew and its members then they leave then there is no way to delete these post i think that after a member leaves all his post should be automaticly deleted not be permanete for other members to read and then if they believe them they will leave also
