both. i think if ur realy into sporting u enjoy watching the proffesinals better. but if u need to choose i say. sport dont watch that will keep u healthy (in most sports:P)

I rather play than watch it, although some professional sports can be fun to watch. Something like baseball, I don't mind to watch it. Something like bowling, I rather play it.

i have to say playing because if i didn't play sports as well i would be fat as f**k.But coz i play like 6-7 hours of sports a day i'm skinny but i think the more entertaining is playing as well becaue yur doing it and not watching proffesionals

i much prefer playing over watching. just watching the sport makes me wanna play it even more than i already want to. and right now its been awhile since ive gone out to play golf. its too cold to play and the golfing season has pretty much been delayed til next spring.

i think it depend whether your in the mood for moving or relaxing but personnally i like playoing it more than watching but sometimes i like the relax
