I'm in bodybuilding too. There is nothing bad in giving good shape and health to your body. I prefer go on 1-2 hours to gym than lie next to TV and drink beer I think that Rühl and for example Coleman looks like mutants but this is not my business.

ROFL, mutants hahahaha. I agree that they look a bit out of proportion, nevertheless i realy think it's a great achiefment what they have done. I never had or have the intention to look like them ( i couldn't anyways ) my goal is an athletic look, nice muscles but not too much....

Yeah man, do it it's good for u. Sometimes when i'm tired of work, i go to the gym and i get alot of energy back when i'm done exercising
