are there any endurance exercises i could do to get back in shape?

I found out that the best way to keep fit and maintain a decent level of endurance is by jogging 30 min intervals with varying intensity. Done at least 4 times a week.

i dont want to sound corny but endurance is both mind and body. train your body to ignore your minds thoughts of being tired and weak while training. hope that helps, its wat i've used over time.
