They did not tell you guys what was really written in the letters that we sent. i guess they also want to protect themselves and ms. d**l* . Now we have attached what was inside the so that you guys will also see. Paging ma*.. whoever ...... you can't stop FREE speech. . . kaya nga its free eh . . tsk. . . tsk. . .

Just some things to keep in mind:

1. They have already received a letter and chose to ignore it. They are even on a witch hunting expedition now. (Ghie, is that you calling??) Questions are; how many are we really are (if there is more than one)? are "we" all former or some are current employees. But it is good they adjusted the salaries of the people (bravo!). We just thought that the "ideology" is that money should not be the main motivational factor for any employee. . . we guess since you guys are owners and not employess. . . you guys are exempted.

2. When they discovered Friendster, what was the big deal? Would you expect a respected leader to be affected by that? What was all the investigation? Don't dish it out if you cant accept also. If people more powerful and influential than you can do nothing about free speech, what makes you so special??? imagine calling a staff and departmental meeting . . . if things stated there were not true, why defend?? DUH! If you only knew the number of people who were amused by that action.

3. Although this might not come as a surprise to everyone, they are good liars. They make us look stupid. Do they really expect us to think that products that were off specifications can really be used by our clients since they are "good"?? Hmmm... just ask the GM (na charge na ba sa insurance?). 10% operating expense so profit should at least be 10% or else the company will lose money?? Where did you learn your accounting?? But honestly, how is your skimmed milk?

4. They want everybody to live in fear. Thats why they keep feeding everyone information on what they are doing to pursue former employees that are not really true. Hmm.... they might be surprised on how many are also doing that while still with them. Hopefully everyone would also know what these former are doing to them.

5. If Petbowe is really the globally preferred supply chain partner, why are you so afraid that former employees will be able to get your market? Isn't the market big enough for everyone. I believe scarcity mindset is the only thing that set in your mind (get it?!).

For those who want more information... just e-mail in the letter. Want some tidbits on how they do the operation? suppliers? logistics? Could imagine somebody fuming. . . . aawwww....Are you having some hard times to book the quantity you need from suppliers? . . . ouch!

Anyways, if you want to reply... be our guests. . . will try to post the soonest possible time.... any comments miss german shepherd?

Sssiiiiirrrr,,,, I have a question?.... Hmmm....... How many cllients received also letters? Was splash the only one?? (Now there is a thinker!)

Dear Mama J:
Greetings!
You will find several letters that we plan to send to different clients of your company. As expected, we are “former” employees of yours. We did not want to do this because of our former co-employees, but we felt that what you have done, what you are doing and what you will still do are IMMORAL, UNETHICAL and even ILLEGAL. You have been pushing employees, suppliers and even clients for far too long and now it is time to expose you in the industry.
We have high regards for you since you were able to grow the company to what is it now from scratch. We know that that is not easy. But you should accept the fact that your skills and abilities is only up to that level. You should now learn to slowly give to other capable people the management of your company. You have been reading a lot of books and quite honestly, we are surprised that you think of yourself as a good manager and leader (what “part” of any books led you to believe that). You are not. As per Maxwell, other people are only following you because they get their pay from you. They know that you take things too personal and there will be repercussions if they would seem not to follow you. Your influence in other people is only authority, not affiliation or personal power. You don’t even have anybody that you can call as a friend. We can’t really blame you on not letting go of your company because this is the only thing that is working in your life. We doubt that you even have someone who you can call as a true friend. People only respect you for your money (face that fact).
You felt bad with what former employees of yours where saying about you. But, have you ever considered what you were also saying about former employees when they have resigned. You always destructively criticize them in front of your current employees. If you could dish it out, you should also be able to accept it if you are really a good leader correct??
You were able to overcome what happened with Solugo before. Even though you lost the case you survived. We still hope that your company will survive after this. We are not taking this personally. We just want this to be a wake-up call for you.
Also, you should not encourage the kind of competition that is happening in the company. With what is happening to the organization currently (sales, dysfunctions, turn-over), you should not blame other people. You brought this on yourself. EAU is not the greatest of managers but we believe that the greatest of his faults is only that of patronizing Dolly (this girl has no leadership and selling ability and skill whatsoever). But, you also embraced the kind of attitude that Dolly has. You were also using her as an example for your loyalty. But, if you really think of it, when has she really sold something that impacted the organization? Now that you have a lot of stocks for food, is she really providing any relevant way to move those inventories? The only example that this girl sets is rumor mongering and crab mentality. Since she has no skills whatsoever, she needs to make herself important by digging out the trash and talking behind the back of other people (almost the same as yourself).
As with other people that are “loyal” to you (like those not in sales), you choose to reward them first rather than those people who are performers but “not that loyal” to you. Wake up Mama J, people work for a living. You want your business to grow so that you could earn more. Your belief that money should not be reason for employees to work is bullshit. Look at the bigger companies. Unilab, Unilever and P&G, their employees are loyal and have “malasakit” for their employers because they are given a good working environment and an above average compensation and benefits (we even have to ask for medical insurance from you). When it comes to pay and compensation, this is the BEST example when you choose to not be Pro Active.
For your consultants, we hope that you already start considering if they are also important to your organization. If your consultants will be the likes of JJJ who has nothing better to mouth except P&G this and P&G that. This is one guy that plays the game very well. When he is talking to employees, he makes them feel that he is on their side. But lo and behold, when we voice this out to you in front of him, he changes color. What a guy! As for Baby J, we do not want to comment already about her (but we now know why she is your favorite consultant . . . . . because you’re Mama J!).
Speaking of the Mama J thing, there is no employee who have not heard or used this before (maybe Dolly hasn’t). So don’t be surprised. You think that a lot of employees are loyal to you, but think again. This might surprise you one day because the people that may seem loyal are not really that loyal. Again, this is where Dolly makes herself important because she is the only person who will report everything she hears to you.
We hope that that you count this as a wake-up call. Your organization can still do big things and even achieve the growth that you desire. But you should change your ways, mindset and give other capable people the chance to run your business. We can’t blame you on being afraid of retirement because you have nobody to share this with, but just be happy that you’re able to build your organization from scratch.

Attention: Mr. Jun Porte
Dear Sir:
Good day.
We are a group of former employees of Granville Industrial (Petbowe Group); one of your companies’ major suppliers. We wrote to you today to inform you of some of the things that your company may have missed regarding this supplier. Here are some facts:
1. Remember the eye gel that was “formulated for your company” by Granville? Well, after formulating it for you and your company committing a certain value for exclusivity, you might be surprised to find out that Granville is marketing this under its own brand name “Perfect J” (more on this later). Since the raw materials and formulation came from us, it would be very easy for Granville to do this. I have attached some pictures regarding Perfect J. If you want to purchase this product, you could get it at Door 10 Regina Complex C.M. Recto, Davao City (082) 3006927.

2. Regarding Perfect J (please see attached), this is a company established by John Co but is “officially owned” by one of his friends from Davao. But, if you could, you will be able to see that certain employees of Granville Manila are also assigned to Perfect J. Also, Granville established a branch in Davao to cater to possible clients from there. There was nothing wrong with establishing their own “Cosmeceutical” company per se, but we believe that it is unethical because our PC clients trust us to help in their formulation for different product lines. Perfect J operates as a direct selling company in Davao City. If you want to distribute it, you pay to be a member and then you have access for additional discounts. Their product lines include hair care, skin care and fragrances. As sales people, we have been giving these as gifts to our clients from food and home care industries for the past two Christmas season. Skin Farm, Bioessence’s sister company also market Perfect J product lines in major malls in Metro Manila.

3. Our company before was fond of “doctoring” COA of different products to suit the needs of the customers. For LAS, some clients that buy this from us are unaware that this material does not really come from Korea (as the sales people tell them), it comes from China. Just ask Lamoiyan where there LAS comes from (it’s not even the same supplier).

4. It is not only the COA that they tamper with, even expiring or expired stocks are tampered with so that a new manufacturing and expiring date could be established (ever experienced this with your L100 from “China”?). There is nothing wrong with these stocks since most of the time it still passes QC of our clients, but the point is that we should inform the clients regarding the matter rather than fooling them to believing that the stocks are fresh batch. They do not want to do this because, of course, if it is expiring but still could be used, they have to lower down the price. There are too many products and instances when these were done by our office. But if you need an example, just wait for the skimmed milk powder. They already have expiring stocks (end of the year) for this and still they bought 300MT from the supplier last January (they still have not sold a single bag from this shipment).

5. Exclusivity. Hmm… We developed the detergent base 18% for a small company in Quezon City (Grist Chem). There was already d. base before this product was developed but the d. base available before was only pure active ingredient. What our client wanted was complete (with STPP, CMC, brightener, speckles), so we developed this and they asked for exclusivity so that this will be a competitive advantage from them. But now, we sell this to more than 10 clients. Just ask regarding this specification of d. base and they could deliver it to you almost immediately.

6. Lastly, do you know that as per legal papers (SEC, DTI, BIR), it is not John Co and Edwin Martinez who owns Petbowe? They have forced several employees to act as dummies for their corporations.

There are still a lot of things you should know. Even exclusivity with our foreign suppliers (just ask Shandong Liborhua), are not honored by our company. What are the reasons for us coming out with this?? Here are some of the things that they will say:

1. We are disgruntled employees who they forced out of Chemical Merchants Corporation by suing us and our former employer so that CMC will force us out (with blatant disregard to our livelihood). They said we have non-compete contracts but what they attached was NOT SIGNED (since we never signed them). We transferred because what CMC offered was more than double with what Petbowe was giving us and the work was more structured and the environment was much more conducive for growth.

2. Another one of us who developed soap noodles for them (now a major product for Granville), transferred to another trader because she was forced to resign (in Granville), is also being sued by Granville. She was lucky because her current employer (Wills) stood up for her even if her new employer is also being sued.

3. Petbowe did not release the clearance for one of us simply because we did not want to testify against one of our former co-employee that transferred to CMC (last time we checked, choosing to testify or not is also a basic right).

4. With one of our co-employees, she wanted to resign last December 2007 because she was ordered complete bed rest since she was pregnant, higher management gave the direction to ALL employees not to accept her letter of resignation that she was sending thru e-mail, courier and personal delivery of her husband. It was only in March when she was allowed (what would you have done if she was your wife, sister or relative?)

5. With other co-employees, they were immoral because the other partner that was already separated since 2005 (but was not yet annulled) had a relationship with another single employee (like they do not cheat with their wives and frequented clubs like Caesar in Pan Pacific).
These are just some of the things that they will say. But, the main reason why we did this was so that they could stop fooling other people (employees, suppliers and clients). If you need to reach us, just e-mail us at disgruntled_ptbw@yahoo.com .
