physics project

um... well its gr.12 physics. and we are supposed to build something and do an experiment on it and stuff.. i need something easy to build. I was looking at gyro's and photo cells but dont have the time for it. it has to be high school difficulty--- if you have ideas wonderful. If you know where i can get parts or stuff for building stuff for physics, thats also much appreciated as well. Thx, looking forward to ideas
