I wouldn't go as far as saying the two will definitely continue to be friends. Things may get awkward, or you two will be able to blow past this stage and continue to be friends. It's a risk a person has to consider before confessing to a friend. One thing I've learnt from experience though, if you do decide to tell her, your friendship with her is likely to change forever.

Pain of holding it in vs the risk of losing a friend.

Weight it out yourself. It's not something an outsider can decide for you.

Also, seeing as she already has a boyfriend, consider her feelings and her relationship with her boyfriend before doing anything.

First of all, learn how to type properly.
