Where did you learn to spell? Where did you learn to read? Where did you learn to talk properly? Where did you learn to add or multiply? Without know this stuff you cant even get a job at McDonalds. You wouldn't even be able to fill out an application. Most things needed in life are learned in school. I know there is alot of stuff you learn in school that you may not need, but somebody else might. When your in school you probably think that it sucks but just deal with it. It will help you in the long run.

p.s. i know somebody is gonna say "well... you can learn all that without going to school". I know. But you would probably need to learn it from your parents, and lets face it most parents wouldnt even care to take the time to teach you all that they know, then you probably wouldnt teach your kids all that you know, then they wouldnt teach their kids all that they know, and so on and so on. Then eventually the world would be filled with nothing but idiots.

some of school is important--like basic skills and building a general understanding of the world around you. But some stuff, especially higher levels of math(unless your goning to be an engineer or something) and english are very pointless. WHen are we ever goning to have to find the derivative of an equation or pick out all the sound devices in a poem in real life?

i believe that more than half the classes you take in college is useless and only the classes that is require for your carreer are important.

i can't imagine how the world would be like if there weren't any schools. even with schools there is so much ignorance in the world. without it i bet more than 80% of people won't even know how to read or count.

things like geometry might not seem important. but isn't it weird to look at circles or squares everywhere and not know what they really are except pretty shapes. or listen to simple things like "he did a 360 flip" and go "huh?" coz you don't know what 360 is?

Anyhow sometimes I like school, with my friends there and all. Sometimes I don't because of the teachers, homework and setbacks. Whatever it is, I'm happy I got a good school to go. It's like a process in life to me. You may not be guaranteed of the job you do next time while you're in school, but at least you have more paths since you learn more things. Haha don't know what I'm saying but yeah.
