yea it does look kind of like her...mabe the artist wanted to model her after sailor moon cuz the style of the character isn't drawn the same...

looking at it i dont think it sailor moon because there no bun on top of her head or as darien calls it meatball.

It does kind of look like her, but I don't think it is.

The style is a lot different from the anime and manga series and she always has her hair in buns, which is not shown in the picture.

But it's a pretty picture!

The only way it could possibly be Sailor Moon is if it's a fanart drawn in the artist's own style, and changed her in quite a few ways. ^^; The only similarity I see is that her hair is long and parted into two. Other than that, she looks totally different to me.
