Have to agree that _if_ its Sailor Moon, its either fanart, or a very special pic (meaning that the artists just whipped it up, its not important to any plotline at all).

Personally I do not believe its Usagi.
Usagi w/o the meatballs, isn't our loveable crybaby.

nope it's defenetly not her cause, there are nu meat-balls or odangos(as how mamoru calls them for all the series, and seiya in the last one) and there is also the color of the eyes, she has blue-grey eyes and her hair is lighter and her face is a little bit round
