They really symbolize something? I guess since it's him I shouldn't be surprised, but I wonder where he gets them from cause those can't be ordinary roses

I believe they symbolize love.In the Short Drama before the Endymion & Selenity duet,*You Are Just My Love* (MY FAVE *BSSM* SONG EVER!!),on the OST,*In Another Dream* (which you can d/l at sailormusic.net!),there's a lyric where Selenity says it's so romantic for him to have roses to save her,and he talks about filling the room with roses, adding that Napoleon once did that for his beautiful love Josephine.

WARNING! The text below may contain SPOILERS!!!!!!

In the anime series, there is a movie called: THE PROMISE OF THE ROSE. Usagi (Serena) first met Mamoru (Darian) in the hospital where her baby brother, Shingo (Sammy), would be born. She finds Mamoru crying because one of his friends is leaving Earth today. She then takes a rose from her bouquet of flowers for her mum and gives it to Mamoru. I guess the rose is just a symbol of their friendship and love.
