If he means that, then yes - the way Kenshin talks is funny.

But its on purpose.

For when he gets serious, the voice drops, and all 'funniness' disappears. Watch the OAVs to really hear non-funny Kenshin.

its pretty funny. he talks kinda like yoda. it gets confusin sometimes.
