Could they make a 4th and last Season?

Nah, the series is finished, the 6 OAVS concludes the story with Kenshin dying from some kind of plague (pathetic, but whatever)

I think they planned on animating the Enishi arc but they took too long.
The filler episodes killed the ratings, so the show was dropped before they got to the Enishi arc. ;_;

that would be really nice if they made another season! i don't mind watching another season. and this time they might show more about kenshin's past or the other minor characters (not that they haven't done enough)

the story is good enough to withstand another season, i HATED the ova, he died from some stupid plague, wish he died from some noble cause that caused the japanese to change

No... no... no... the kenshin story is complete. there are no material to make a new season. remember that swords are abolished, which means there cannot be samurai so they can't make a series of his son kenji or even yahiko.

Also the story was great and in depth and although the ending was sad, it brought closure to an excellent series as well as a remarkable character in himura kenshin (shinta).

i think they must bring the revenge arc to anime series... although there had been a huge gap... rvenge arc is by far the best....

major kusanagi becomes physically non existant in the GITS 2 movie but still solid state society has been animated...

so why can not be the revenge arc being animated although kenshin dies in the last OAV
