in the battle between kenshin and makoto shishio, shishio died because of high body fever, ahh you know he burn to ash (what an asshole) so we don't really know who the strongest between these two.

for me 50/50

Shishio is probably stronger although if he didn't know about Kenshin's ultimate technique I might say otherwise.

50/50. Shishio burn himself. Kenshin injuried because he had to fight three in row. So don't know.

I think kenshin is more powerful... Because shisho was hit by some of kenshin's powerful moves. I personally feel that shisho managed to survive kenshin's attacks because kenshin was using the reverse edge sword, his attack power was thus reduced by a great extent. If kenshin was to use a normal sword, shisho would have already been killed by kenshin most powerful technique before he can get himself burnt to ash.

I think Kenshin is probably the more powerful, but then I could be wrong because I agree with the other people in this thread, the fight between Makoto Shishio and Kenshin is never really finished. I wish we had got to see the fight through to the end.

I dunno.... Shishio did burst into flames and it didnt look like kenshin had a real chance to defend himself against the coming attack. Kenshin did fight 3 fights before hand. He also managed to land the final technique in it's more powerful form. If you remember Aoshi said that the attack kenshib hit shishio with was even stronger the attack he was hit with..... So i'd have to lean towards shishio to be honest....

Now if we were talking about Shishio vs the boutosi (i believe i butchered the spelling)... Then THAT would be completely different. Shishio wouldnt stand a chance.

Dude its pretty obvious!!! ITS BATTOSAI!!!!

First : He defeated 3 great enemies!!! Got hurt!!
Second : He owns Shishio!!! If not for Makoto's metal armor that covered his body, he wont last to see kenshin's untimate technique, he should be defeated long ago if not for that metal armor!!
third : Is Kenshin's Ultimate technique!!!

yopej got the points, even if Shishiyo got burned, he had used some advantages with it. Shishiyo is a fraud, he always cheats and that's what I hate of him....and Kenshin, well, he has lots of tricks up his sleeve and will always struggle until the end to win his every battle.

Definitely Shishio. He could have won against Kenshin if it wasn't for that time limit and being burned by his fever. He stopped Kenshin's final attack and that was Kenshin's last resort but I believe Shishio had more tricks up his sleeve so if he didn't combust he would have won. IMO
