You can try any download program.. but considering Rurouni Kenshin has been license a long time ago it'll be hard to get your hands on free downloads.

it isn't liscenced anymore everyone rejoice. or at least last i checked the company had lost the licence to show it on tv. go download and be merry in all that is Kenshin.
