what was up with the last seasons of kenshin?! the show's peak was the shishio season, in my opinion, after that it got kinda dull, what do u guys think?

I don't really like the last season either, it did got kinda dull T.T I think they could've done better. They should've at least follow some of the manga for the third season, i just can't explain to myself why they just made some random episodes, it was getting so good.
