How do Ranma 1/2 characters relate to Inuyasha characters?

I thought about this long and hard...

Ryoga (one of my faves!) is like Kouga... he always has this wild, wolfish air about him (and pointed teeth) he is also fighting the main guy character to get the main girl character.

Ranma is like Inuyasha - good fighter, crappy people skills, he says hurtful things without thinking

Myoga the flea is a cross between Happosai and Genma - he runs away when in danger, and likes girls...

Miroku is more like Happosai, if not so blatantly obvious

Mousse is a little like Houjo... kinda clueless

Akane is obviously like Kagome - the temper and all... plus she pals around with the main character (which the show is named after )

Anyone got any more?

i didnt really think of that but i did notice that the hair styles are basically the same with the little poof thingy on the top of their head

they are made of the same author, she probably pictures them as one of her, face, and yea, its a good observation about ryoga and koga

Ranma is alot like Inuyasha because of their confidence in their fighting skills and that their voice are the same (same voice actress).

if its the eng dub version many of the voice actors are the same.

wow i was thinkin that ryoga looks like koga the otherday and i guess ppl think that 2
