Tarou has a good transformation also but it is a little not too subtle, i mean a yeti riding a bull with an eagle on his left hand and an eel on the right come on, nothing good can come out of that!

My best opinion is Ranma has the best transformation because he can change into a girl when cold water hits and change back when hot water hits.

Out of all these transformations; Ranma - female, Genma - panda, Shampoo - cat, Mousse - duck, Ryoga - piglet, and Pantyhose Taro - Yeti Holding an Eel and Crane while Riding an Ox.

I find Ranma transformation is the best. Taro's is hard to defeat in a battle. The others are nearly useless in battle but have a few uses otherwise.
