I would go with the spring of the drown immortal shapeshifter. Well at least the shapeshifter part. Hard to imagine an immortal that can die. Image the ability to turn into anything you want (an animal, gender, inanimate object).

I like cats, so I wouldn't mind falling into the drowned cat spring... I would watch everybody without knowing that is me.
