from what I know about people falling into cursed springs making it so that they change in something else if they come in contact with cold water, and change back in hot water

the story follows ranma saotome and his father they both fel into a cursed hot sprign so when they r dousd in cold water ranma turns into a girl and his father turns into a panda. his father promised his best friend tendo that his son would 1 day marry 1 of his daughters, thso when they show up ranma becomes engaged to akane tendo the youngest fo the tendo daughters, along the way ranma and the others meet up with several diferent characters many of who have also fallen into a cursed spring, and other characters who would challenge ranmas claim to sakanes hand in marriage, of course akane doesnt seem to get along with ranma very well but the fights they have seem to possibly hide their true feelings for each other
pretty old anime i believe but i liked what i saw of it it was funny with a tiny bit f romance in it

Yeah, its basically about this martial art guy (Ranma) and his adventures in his life that deals with him turning into a girl when hit by cold water

A anime where Ranma Saotome changes into a girl/man by contact with cold/hot water.His father arrenged marrieges with lots of girls .Ranma doesn't know who to pick, although he likes Akane the most.
