Lambada Ranma ~by the 'Ranma Opera Troupe'. Totaly cracks me up, plus there's a line in it from ALMOST every character in the series (actually, considering the series' length, though there were MANY of them in just this one 'song', it's only the tip of the iceberg of the gigantic cast)
I like the OSTs - especially "Like a Child" and "Jusenkyou no Densetsu". Of course, I like the first opening and Zettai. I think Ranma has one of the best music I ever heard.

I think Jajauma ni sasenai de is a very nice song, and I also like Yamaguchi Kappei's song Kawaikune, Irokegane ... it makes me laugh, and from the openings and endings, I like Usotsuki, Zettai part 2 and Omoide ga Ippai.
