With the bed made of sawdust if he had seen it on the floor he would not have smoked in the house falling asleep while smoking finding that the bed was made of sawdust and going up in flames.

this is definatly going out on a limb but here i go either some one cut the woodenblocks holding the trailor in place so that when he got in it, it rolled in to traffic where it was hit by a big rig

or

termites eating away at his trialor cuased something to colapse on him
