-tickets cost 3Q$, only one ticket per competitant

Soul, I'm not so sure you have any clue on whats actually being used to determine the drawings. Its not skillz himself, but a program. Of course theres a coincidence, but so? The chances of a "mod" winning the raffel was what, 3/12 since there are 3 active mods? Does that mean there is cheating going on? I gave away 100Q$ to the raffel knowing I was most likely not going to win, but I am not complaining.
