just as the thread says. when do you listen to music? i listen anytime anywhere as long as its appropriate. thats just what i do. i carry my ipod with me almost everywhere and i charge it every night because i might use up the entire battery life over the course of the day.

Most of my fav music is on my computer so usually when I'm using it, also whenever I'm at a friends house or something. I usually don't listen to music while I'm on the go, as I don't have an Ipod or anything like that

well you dont necessarily need an ipod. you can get a good mp3 player from companies like Creative or iRiver for like $50 that will hold like 1gig. and generally all you need to do is drag and drop the music into the player.

Yup yup I know how they work and stuff. But as of yet if I was to get one I'd go for an Ipod, probably a Nano or a Video those to seem to be the best version of the ipod in my opinion

Agreed, you can simple MP3 players that can even act like a normal flash drive all for under $50 (if not cheaper for less storage capacity). Of course the Ipod series is the best, but its no long the only decent option.

For myself, 90% of the time I listen to music these days, I'm excercising. All low impact of course, thus when I go for a walk or other type of highly repetative yet low resistance excercises I use Music to clear my head and focus on the music instead of the workout. Makes excercising enjoyable.

whenever i go running i bring my ipod nano. it has a flash drive, stopwatch, and i have some really good playlists. it makes the whole exercise go faster and more enjoyable. and i can time myself

I got myself a psp which has lots of features... I used it as a thumb drive, mp3, watch video, photo album, gaming and so on... Pretty worth it with All in One...

I pretty much listen to music when ever I can. I'm mostly on the computer so that works out, but I bring my iPod almost everywhere.

Usually in the car. I think I spend too much time in it.
