i would like to start a band but the people i usually hang out with don't like the idea. it would be awesome to be a new band and aim to be number one selling records by the end of the year you started. i think it is going to take some time but i think many people are entering this "profession" but very few really make it big.

honestly there are so many out there that I'm happy with what I've heard.. I don't have time for one.. but I love to tinker around with turn tables.. I'm no pro but not trainwrecking as much.

it would help specifying a location so people know whether they could join, unless you mean starting a band online that sends tracks back and forth to mix and add to.
