What's the best Anime theme song?

i like the ending theme from the 1st season of ranma, you guys must have forgotten about it since they had last min changes (or should i say last remaining episode changes for that season). the ending theme of which i'm talking about, only appeared during the last 2-3 episodes of season 1, after which season 2 came, and it was replaced doh !! anyways, it was a good one, i don't know how good the english version is tho. oh and yea, i've no idea what the title was..

btw if ever any of you guys know where i can get my hands on ranma oav/s 1-6, please post a link. i only have 7-12 from the site i downloaded my ranmas from.

I love the song Will -Lisa , it was the OP theme for Melody of oblivion , O2 -orange range (Code Geass R2. OP) , Tsuki no uta - Gackt ( Texhnolyze ED) & almost everything by Yoko Kanno (Wolf's Rain, Arjuna etc)
