There will be a Futurama movie in 2007 and the movie of The Simpsons, which will be the finisher of all The Simpsons, which will be released in 2008.

Well, supposedly a main character dies in the Simpsons movie and they meet up with the Futurma gang, but that is all hearsay.

Are you sure BamBam? Some other interviews later Matt Groening said he was misquoted, but he did say it's hard to come up with fresh ideas forever. So maybe it'll go on for as long as they can keep up.
