Has anyone seen the new P&P movie with Keira knightley? I'm not sure i want to see it but its getting good reviews any comments?

I have read the book, and quite frankly, I don't think I want to see this new movie. Most of the time, the movies take away so much from books, it leaves the people who have read the books in disappointment. Heh...maybe my friends might convince me that it's worth it.

I don't plan on seeing the movie, but I have read the book and.. if you are a fan of the book I hear that a lot of the die hards really were dissapointed by the movie. I guess the movie just didn't really send off the same vibe as the book.

Don't think Kiera can pull this one off. My suggestion if you don't wanna read the book, see the tv show instead. Think it was made by BBC and starred that guy from Bridget Jones (not Hugh).

Oh! If you can go and get the really old version with Laurence Olivier! It's the best ever! I don't know if the new one is good.

i saw the laurence olivier version too but i guess i'm a die hard fan of Colin Firth as the ultimate Mr. Darcy his personality is awesome for the part and i think not only keira knightley but the new mr. darcy in this version of Pride and Prejudice just wont live up either

i'm shocked this movie has been nominated for golden globe awards and keira knightley is nominated for best actress shocking indeed....
