Mine was lineage 2. Hated it.
Oh, and diablo 2 and warcraft 3 are not mmos. Diablo 2 is a multiplayer online rpg,but the fact that only 8 people can be in a single game means its not really massive. WC3 is an RTS.

my first was DIablo II byt i dunno whether it is considered a MMORPG but the first one that can be played only via internet was Ragnarock Online
