Why is this cheater not banned?

yes i wonder who the person(s) are that goober was referring to to get revenge on. and it was obvious even to me that the group of his officers were coordinating. and ya that was a massive pop. i don't have a solution. it bothers me yes but not to the point i'm gonna quit cuz i still play to have fun. this mediyear has bad start for me cuz it's too close to 4th of july and me am big family man and it is big family holiday in USA. so i keep playing for fun and games. i'm trying to play 4 games at same time...foe,roc,mediwar, and evony. they are all fun but i excel at none. i just like 'em, that's all. if i disappear for small or large intervals it's because me am busy in rl. i wish i could help more with keeping ppl straight and i wish i had one of those changing ip's but i prefer multi games to multi accounts and i wish i knew something more about computers but oh well each has their own. i will play, steal your gold when i can and try to rank, that's about all i can do. if someone wants me to join in some kind of fun endeavor i usually am up to it so message me ingame i always keep same name (thomaslar or thomaslar2). i thank you all for input and hope to input more, perhaps an equation will result.

Its still all heardsay i haven't seen screenies so theres just one persons word against another,i destroyed someones army one round on heardsay and found out it was the wrong person,and i ain't never going to do that again so thats why i ask for 100% concrete proof...
The last time i massed i had and send sky screenies of the cheater and he was banned...since hes awol theres not much you can do about cheaters...

seriously though, yes he maybe cheating but to be honest lets look this through his eyes; he knows how to cheat and he know that people may cry but nothing will be done and at the end if he did get banned all he needs to do is make a new account.

if you wanna get rid of him make multis yourself and mass the crap out of him untill he is sick of the game.

otherwise have fun waiting for him to be banned, you could be a while.
