I was trying to take some gold to get some more unit production because otherwise I didn't think I'd have any chance to make a difference. I also thought that 100 Q$ would be able to get 100 more turns but it's actually 600.. I knew I was close to 100 Q$ and thought that the 100 turns would replenish all that I used. Little did I know that the Q$ to black tickets is down anyways (at least that's what I've heard)..
Yes, I was wrong.. but I see that I'm not the only one making these mistakes. I know turns are much better later on, but as I said, I had felt I had made a lousy start as I'd have heard of other people with multiple higher unit production..
