Ok have been thinking over this probelm with the 25% bonus for races and have a suggestion.
At the moment i looks very much as if orcs are getting a 25% bonus for each weapon, could be wrong but all i know is they are ending up with far more than 25% bonus.
Ayway my suggestion is that as advertised each race gets 25% for their speciality.
but this should be an overall bonus.
eg: An orc gets the same weapons ect as everyone else but its their over all SA that they get the 25 % bonus on.
So the better their SA the better the bonus
Then with dwarfs its 25% ontop of total SD
Humans 25% bonus on total gold given per turn ? or on unit production.
Spy 25% bonus ontop of total covert
This would mean the stronger an orcs natural SA the better bonus they get, seems a much fairer way of doing it, and then atleast all players would know its a 25% on the total of SA, SD , covert , or gold per turn (unit pro)so is easier to work out.
plus the whole point of 25% is to enhance the way u play the game so for example humans want to make more gold, so have to play their game toward increasing units to produce more gold, so by building up a certain things eg:
humans - units
orcs - attack
dwarfs - defence
etc u are being rewarded the 25% for working on that particular area.
Plus players get more bonus the harder they work.
Just a suggestion, unless there is an even fairer way of doing it.
I know i would feel happier with this.

Well, i think it should be better if each race has its own upgrade that other races doesnt have like i said all the time. I think i will put it on my sign,
