Observador, might want to reread the posts i made. I specifically said "new version", even in capital letters. Even in the name of the thread. And for when I said (old and new version), I said "educated assumptions" Please read my posts more carefully.

Highest Stats ever start on page 10.
The following is an update of the highest stats ever recorded in the NEW VERSION. Please do NOT bring back stats of the old version. Also, the following stats are from the CAPITAL battling category. Border and Battlefield are now irrelevant to the Highest Recorded Stats (New Version) thread. This thread also eliminates cheaters as part of a "Highest Stat Ever". Please do NOT spam this thread, or begin to accuse people of cheating, etc. I want it to stay open, I believe it's going to be fun to comment on as it was fun to actually look up to truely see who deserved such titles. I made this thread at 11:30pm after a LONG day of school and work, so feel free to send me a message, or post on this thread if I made a mistake. Remember, NO cheaters, NO border or battlefield, NO old version. Enjoy.

Well actually, if I had sold all my weapons from the last round and used my turns up, I could have got lvl 21 CA with 900,000 spies and that would have been close to 200 bil CA.

as far as i know of people who reached level 20. there is no such thing as level 21:P but would be cool tho lol:P

There is no limit to the CA levels. Its just that lvl 21 costs 12 bil. Its a bit of a tall order.
