does no one have anything to say? of course, personally, i think this new draft sums things up rather well. it is going to be implemented in to the game as soon as the new layout is completed, so if anyone has suggestions or comments, this is the time to speak up!!

These rules are a joke! They might mean something if they were actually enforced. But, alas f*cking cheaters like DEYAP and Rado are allowed to continue, unabated.

So it seems, if you want to, you can do what you like. f*ck the rules.

with the new recruit limit of 8 per 30 mins, it makes very little difference whether people cheat. i commend neon for that one. it basically solves the problem of cheating in this area whilst never having to manually do anything about it. you'd have to be a fool to max out on recruiting now.

zheak, not even neon knows for certain when he'll be done. it'll be done when it's done.

big papa, you seem a bit fired up over old shite. i wonder if it might do you some good to go w/o internet for a spell? it certainly helped to clear my head a bit. there's no point in getting stressed out over things you can't control.

the rules are not a joke. i didn't write this new draft of the rules for nothing. i cared enough to rewrite the rules for the honest people amongst us. people who have a problem with rules and insist on breaking them are a joke.
