This is one of those manga that can be funny, serious, and crazy at times. Compared to the anime, the manga does have its share of wackiness, especially in the earlier parts of the story, but overall the manga is a lot deeper and more serious than the anime, and the plot is a lot more complex and detailed than the anime. If you haven't read it yet, try it!!!
