(*SPOILER WARNING*)

I just finished watching Last Exile...and I'm wondering if anyone has read the Manga, and can give some answers:

1) Dio died? (A good portion of the story featured trying to save him, in the end, it was worthless?)

2) Mullin lived? (if he was still alive, why bother having the Disith girl walk out of that room crying?)

3) Where are they all living now? We see the ship taking off (Exile) but...so where are they now? *end credits*

I haven't read the manga but if I'm not wrong,

Yes Dio died. I don't think anyone could have survived the fall.

Mullin (Moran) survived. No idea why they made it look like he was dead.

They're probably living in Deusis if I'm not wrong. remember how when Claus was reciting the mysterions and the land suddenly looked like a wheatfield? I think that's where they are.

Oh and now for my question. There's a manga???

Ooops.

9 times out of 10, there is usually a Manga associated with an anime.
Especially one that has so much detail as Last Exile.

But upon a quick google, it appears there is no Last Exile Manga.

Well, sometimes manga has a different title... Or maybe there is a novel or something else? I would love to know more about this story...

i dont think that dio dies look at 12 min of the last ep and later in the engine room where he yells asending anyway they are now in the new world which is planet earth exile is a colony ship and most of the story takes place in the space colony that why the water sux
