If that episode is going to be the end, they will have some kind of movie or OVA that will be explaining some things and bringing a conclusion to the plot.

Just like Rurouni Kenshin.

Yes it's a really bad ending but the manga is thinking about new Episodes but when they come no idea.

It's the final episode of that series, once the manga is completed, they're continuing the anime.
