hm... this is going to be a tough decision- Shippou MIGHT win if Jakken didn't have that staff thingy... because of his Kitsune bi- though it's not really that strong... eto, in all possibility, they might end up in a draw...

yeah since jakken has that staff thing, he'd probably win lol. all shippo can do is transform into useless things.

Jakken would definitely win because I don't think that any of shippo's moves should even count as attacks.

Jaken without his staff is useless..Shipo owns his powers instead of borrowing them from someone else like Jaken...so I think Shipo is stronger...
