I dunt get it as well... i tryed to get the meaning by the inicials... but i didnt get it...
and as far as the "nyah nyah" is concerned... shouldnt it be something like: "nhe nhe"? with a guy showing his tonge while pushing down the skin below his eye? or something of sorts?

Nyah Nyah is what an American child says to another when they get one over on them. Its very very childish. Basically, its the child's version of saying '**** you, I'm better then you are'.
