Do you gain interest for putting money in the bank, CAN YOU EVEN WITHDRAWAL what you put in the bank, or is the bank just for getting rid of Q$ for some weird reason?

If you do gain interest, how much?

Yes you can withdrawl from the bank. According to Neon (aka Skylight), the bank doesn't give you interest.

It does give interest and I input around Q$ of 100 everytime, until now I've input Q$400 and now I have a total of Q$479!!
