Since some people either can't find the other technical help section, or are too lazy too I'm sticking a copy of the download FAQ's here to maybe help the people who have download problems and wind up in this forum.

Why i can't access download ?

You have to make at least 3 useful posts within the last 24 hours.
Check your file quota in Download Section User CP.
Check your data transfer quota in Download Section User CP.


When will the quota reset ?

Check the time count down in Download Section User CP.


Can i use download manager ?

Yes but remember to set your connection to 1.
Each connection uses 1 download.
Else you will used up your download quota as fast as lightning.


Can i resume download file ?

Yes you can. Each resume uses 1 download.


Why is my download speed slow ?

It could be your ISP.
It could be many downloaders at that moment.
Usually, you will get a fairly fast download speed.


Why my download stuck and not moving ?

Most likely you have exceeded the file quota or data transfer quota.
Check your Download Section User CP.
Or server might be resetting due to too many downloaders.


I've click the download link but nothing happens ?

Be patient. Wait for the download prompt to appear after you click the link.
It may take as long as few minutes to appear depends on the server load.
Each click at the download link uses up 1 download.


I only download 1 file and User CP shows I've used up all quota

Make sure your download manager is set to 1 connection.
Each connection uses 1 download.
Do not try to click download link zillion of times. Each click uses 1 download. Be patient and wait for the download prompt.


No picture, No sound, Cant open, Cut off after playing halfyway, etc...

Most likely you do not have the codec.
Check out the sticky thread "Codecs and Players"
Or the file might be corrupted during downloading, especially if you resume a download
Or incomplete download.

I'd also like to add....

1) Sometimes you will get an error message and not be able to download on your first try. Go view your CP, and if everything looks fine, try again.
2) We now have 2 servers. These both run separately. So you now technically get 6 downloads a day for 3 posts... but it's 3 from each server, not 6 from one.
3) Problems playing the episodes? Read this thread first: Codecs and Players

Thanks, that cleared up a lot of my questions. Two questions though, what's the relationship between d/ls and Q$, and the <donate> link?

ok i finaly found out how to access that but i dont quite understand is does it mean that i have to wait 48 hours betweeen sets of downloads or something all im trying to download is onegai twins but if i an only download 2 episodes every 48 hours thats kind of inconvenient other then that htought this site is pretty neat well put together forums and a huge selection of animes most ive found yet

no each sever has its own seperate dl limit and each resets after 24hrs.

There is no relationship between dls and $Q. the donate link is there so that if you want to you can donate some or all of your $Q to someone else

ahhhh ok thank you very much mine for that server just reset =D thanks for the help im new to the whole downloaded from website forums like wthis one until a couple months ago i was just using kazaa so this is all very new gorund for me thanks again
