I think the solution is most likely the person didnt post enought within the past 24 hours..

do you have to post 3 times for each download, such that you need 6 posts to download 2 episodes and so on in multiple of 3.

no, you only need to post 3 posts in 24hrs for 3 downloads on each server

Wanna ask sth... After 1 day, is the bandwidth going to be reset oso? If it is not reset, then I would not be able to finish download the whole series... Anyone can ans me?

^ Yes, the bandwidth is reset every 24 hours. Don't worry! You'll finish dl in some time. Just be patient. ^__^
