is there a problem with downloading ??

when I want to download files from the downloas section, it tells me that I downloades 6 files so far while I downloded only 2 in the past 48 hours. WHY IS THAT ??

there could be many reason one is becauise u use a download manager another is maybe when u download a file u click on the download more then one time each time u click on the download it take a download file away. well that all i could think of right ow. maybe hyper-chan could tell u what would

yes this incidents have happened to many people, even me. But please post your questions in the tehnical support forum. Anyways there have been another thread about this issue. http://www.otakulive.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1668 go there to check it out. And dont worry you will still be able to download 3 files per day, even if it says that you've downloaded 6. IF THIS IS A BUG, THEN ONLY SKYLIGHT CAN FIX IT.

As I said elsewhere, you should have three designated downloads a day. The files you pick you should be able to redownload as much as you want.

apparently not my young padawan. if ur dc then ur dl goes to ashes;bing-bong. no redownload except using another allowance,if there is any left. if not, well tough luck buddy, ull just have to wait till tomorrow to dl again.

Download manager or you disconnected and tried to resume.
