Contest

Design a welcoming screen for windowsXP.

Theme : WindowsXP
Size : 1200x1000
Colour : Blue, you can use the colour you would like to use, but It would be prefered blue.
Misc. : Just the official windowsXP logo.

The winner will have a free requesting bandwith in this thread

what is a a computer startup image and where to change? i have windows xp but never seen this.

Hey Jesse,
I had a program a while ago it was called "TweakXP" and u could change things in the XP settings, u could also change ur startup screen, i think it's this they are talking about.
