in the manga it says that scar killed them but the anime is different.

I think maby it was scar in the book but in the show its was some guy who then proceeded to try suicide but marcoh stopped him remember?

I think the anime hints that Roy Mustang killed her parents because he was ordered to by the Brigadier general since the parents were helping ishbalans. Apparently Mustang didnt take it too well cause he was contemplating suicide afterwards but Marco stopped him.

Even though the anime shows Roy killing Winry's parent, it's not really him as far as his willing. Even though he did "it", it was the ARMY!!! Roy seems to nice to kill anyone without any proof of harsh crime or being a criminal!

Yeah, but he doesn't do it voluntaryly(aarg, weird english grammar :whip: :whip: ). Around episode 45 it becomes a bit more clear why and how he does it.
