download problems

I been trying to download episode two of Sukisyo but it says my limit has been reached but I only downloaded two files, Sukisyo intro and Sukisyo episode one. I checked my cp and it says I downloaded three files but I only downloaded two. Why does it say three? I feel that since the other download was a mistake, is there any way I can get that file back? I just used up some of the three files to download some episodes of Sukisyo but they didn't work, what do I have to do? Can I get those files back?

2 possibility:

- you click download (it uses one download), but you are impatient, you click another time, it uses another download. Everytime you click the download link, it uses 1 download chance.

- you are using download manager and you did not set the connection to 1 connection. Each connection is 1 download. if your download manager make 3 connection to download the file, it will download faster due to 3 connection but it uses 3 chances.

I tried to download the Saikano (episode 1) rm file but when downloaded nothing but ones and zeros appeared. I tried to download the file again but the same thing happend, this cost me 2 downloads what the hell. And another thing i reported this 2 or 3 days ago and have yet to be notified about this problem. If some one can fix this can they also get me my two downloads back?

there is any body had last black cat,cos i had problem's to download's......
